ST M88 FAMILY In-System Programmable (ISP) Multiple-Memory Logic FLASH+PSD Systems (with CPLD) for MCUs handbook

This document introduces the M88 family of products from ST, which is an in-system programmable multiple-memory and logic FLASH+PSD system. It features a single supply voltage, 1 or 2 Mbit primary flash memory, a second non-volatile memory of 256 Kbit EEPROM or flash memory, and SRAM of either 16 Kbit or 64 Kbit. It also includes over 3000 gates of programmable logic, 27 reconfigurable I/O ports, an enhanced JTAG serial port, programmable power management, and high endurance with multiple erase/write cycles for the different types of memory.
