ST BUL381 BUL382 handbook

The BUL381 and BUL382 are high voltage fast-switching NPN power transistors manufactured using high voltage Multiepitaxial Mesa technology. They have high voltage capability and minimum lot-to-lot spread for reliable operation, as well as very high switching speed. They are fully characterised at 125oC and are designed for applications in electronic ballasts for fluorescent lighting and switch mode power supplies.
