About this manual

The AD588 is a monolithic voltage reference featuring low initial error (1 mV) and low temperature drift (1.5 ppm/°C). It utilizes a proprietary ion-implanted buried Zener diode and laser-wafer-drift trimming to ensure absolute accuracy suitable for 12-bit systems.

The device offers pin-programmable output voltages including +10 V, +5 V, -5 V, and -10 V configurations. It includes three additional amplifiers configured for Kelvin connections or driving high current loads, available in CERDIP packages with industrial (A, B) or commercial (J, K) temperature ranges.
