The ATF22V10CZ/CQZ is a high-performance, CMOS, programmable logic device from Atmel. This device uses Atmel's proven electrically-erasable Flash memory technology, and offers speeds up to 12ns with zero standby power dissipation. The ATF22V10CZ/CQZ supports industrial temperature ranges and commercial temperature ranges, and can operate in the full 5V ±10% range.
