Insert the smaller loop of the strap into the strap eyelet, thread the larger loop through the short loop, and pull tight to secure it.
Power off the camera, open the battery compartment at the bottom, insert the NP45 battery with the terminals facing inside, and close the compartment.
Open the SD card compartment, insert the card with the metallic contacts facing the front side, push until it clicks, then close the compartment.
