This document introduces the IP1844 and IP1845 series products, including product features, maximum ratings, and package forms.
The IP1844 and IP1845 series are switching regulator control circuits that integrate a voltage reference, error amplifier, current‑sense comparator, oscillator, totem‑pole output driver and under‑voltage lockout. They are pin‑compatible with the UC1844/UC1845 series but include tighter electrical performance specifications.
The devices are offered in 8‑pin (J, N, D‑8) and 14‑pin (D‑14) packages, operate from a supply voltage up to 30 V, and are rated for temperatures from –55 °C to +125 °C depending on the package. Ordering information, electrical characteristics, and application notes are provided throughout the sheet.
A reference voltage tolerance of ±41 % is guaranteed.
