The TD62591~594AP,595~598AP/AF series are 8‑channel NPN transistor array drivers intended for applications such as relay, hammer, lamp and LED drivers. Each device delivers up to 200 mA per output with a minimum sustaining voltage of 50 V and low saturation voltage.
