Texas Instruments SN54HC03 Datasheet

This document describes the SN54HC03 and SN74HC03 quadruple 2-input positive-NAND gates. These devices have open-drain outputs and require pullup resistors to work correctly. They can be connected to other open-drain outputs to implement active-low wired-OR or active-high wired-AND functions.
