The Supertex VN1206 and VN1210 are N‑Channel enhancement‑mode vertical DMOS power FETs offering high input impedance, low on‑resistance and fast switching speeds. They are suited for motor control, converters, amplifiers, switches, power supplies and driver circuits.
The devices are offered in TO‑39, TO‑92 and TO‑220 packages with maximum drain‑to‑source voltage of 120 V, continuous drain current up to 10 A, and power dissipation up to 45 W (TO‑220). Detailed electrical characteristics, thermal data and typical switching waveforms are provided.
