TP2520 and TP2522 are low-threshold enhancement-mode vertical DMOS FETs that are used for logic level interfaces, ideal for TTL and CMOS, solid state relays, battery-operated systems, photovoltaic drives, analog switches, general purpose line drivers and telecom switches.

HV508 is a 45V liquid crystal shutter driver in an SO-8 surface mount package. It consist of two outputs that provide square waves of opposite phase. The liquid crystal shutter is connected between the two outputs. Its equivalent load can be approximated as a resistor in parallel with a capacitor. Minimum resistance is 1.0MΩ and maximum capacitance is 0.1µF. The HV508 has three input supply voltages, HVIN, LVIN and VDD. The output’s amplitude will be either LVIN or HVIN. A logic high on the HVEN pin will make the output voltage HVIN, a logic low will make the output voltage LVIN.

The TP2510N8 is a N-channel DMOS power transistor from Supertex with a low threshold and high input impedance. It uses a vertical DMOS structure and Supertex's proven silicon gate manufacturing process.
