AD5233 is a quad 64-position digital potentiometer with nonvolatile memory from Analog Devices. It has 4-channel independent programmable 64-position resolution, 10 kΩ, 50 kΩ and 100 kΩ terminal resistance, permanent memory write protection, wipe setting readback, predefined linear increment/decrement instructions, predefined ±6 dB/step log taper increment/decrement instructions, SPI-compatible serial interface with readback function, 2.7 V to 5.5 V single supply or ±2.5 V dual supply and 11 bytes extra nonvolatile memory for user-defined data.
The AD5233 digital potentiometer provides four independent channels, each offering 64‑step resolution and selectable terminal resistance values of 10 kΩ, 50 kΩ, or 100 kΩ. It includes nonvolatile memory that stores wiper settings, power‑on refresh, and read‑back capability, and operates from 2.7 V‑5.5 V single‑supply or ±2.5 V dual‑supply.
The datasheet details electrical characteristics, timing diagrams, pin configurations, and application examples such as sensor calibration, programmable filters, and voltage‑to‑current conversion. Ordering information, package dimensions, and reliability data are also provided for designers.
