Analog Devices AD9743 Datasheet

The AD9741/AD9743/AD9745/AD9746/AD9747 are high dynamic range, dual-channel digital-to-analog converters (DACs) from Analog Devices. They feature LVCMOS inputs and differential analog current outputs that are programmable from 8.6 mA to 31.7 mA. They also include a 1.2 V precision reference voltage source and operate from 1.8 V and 3.3 V supplies. Their power dissipation is 315 mW, and they are packaged in a 72-lead LFCSP.

About this manual

The AD9743 is a 10‑bit dual digital‑to‑analog converter (DAC) capable of up to 250 MSPS sample rates. It offers low noise, low distortion, programmable current outputs, and auxiliary 10‑bit DACs for offset nulling. The device operates from 1.8 V and 3.3 V supplies and includes a proprietary switching output stage for usable outputs beyond the Nyquist frequency.

The datasheet includes detailed electrical specifications, timing parameters, absolute maximum ratings, thermal resistance data, and pin configurations. It also lists typical applications such as wireless infrastructure, wideband communications, and instrumentation, and provides ordering information for the 72‑lead LFCSP package.
