This document introduces the features and characteristics of the LZ2313H5/LZ2314HJ 1/3-type CCD Area Sensors with 270 k Pixels products, including the effective pixels, pixel pitch, color filter, fixed pattern noise and lag, burn-in and image distortion, blooming suppression structure, built-in output amplifier, variable electronic shutter, compatibility with NTSC and EIA standards, etc.
The Sharp LZ2313H5 (color) and LZ2314HJ (B/W) are 1/3‑type (6.0 mm) solid‑state image sensors with approximately 270 000 pixels (542 × 492). They feature low fixed‑pattern noise, blooming suppression, a built‑in output amplifier and a variable electronic shutter.
The datasheet provides detailed pin descriptions, absolute maximum ratings, recommended operating conditions, performance characteristics such as PRNU, DSNU, sensitivity and package information, as well as handling precautions for the ceramic or plastic packages.
