PC3SF21YVZ Series is a phototriac coupler with a VDRM of 600V, reinforced insulation type, zero crossing type DIP 6 pin phototriac coupler for triggering.
The Sharp PC3SF21YVZ series phototriac couplers provide reinforced‑insulation, high isolation (5 kV) and zero‑crossing functionality for driving medium to high current triacs. The devices integrate an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to an output phototriac, offering full‑wave control and superior noise immunity.
