About this manual

The Philips BAS19, BAS20 and BAS21 are general‑purpose switching diodes offered in a small SOT23 plastic SMD package. They are intended for surface‑mounted circuits and provide fast switching with a maximum speed of 50 ns.

Key specifications include continuous reverse voltages of 100 V (BAS19), 150 V (BAS20) and 200 V (BAS21), repetitive peak reverse voltages up to 250 V, a continuous forward current of 200 mA, and forward voltage drops of 1 V at 100 mA and 1.25 V at 200 mA. Thermal resistance values are 330 K/W (junction‑to‑tie‑point) and 500 K/W (junction‑to‑ambient).
