STTH6003TV/CW October 1999 - Ed: 5C is a high-frequency secondary rectifier suitable for switch mode power supply and high-frequency DC to DC converters. It is packaged in either ISOTOP or TO-247 and is intended for use in low voltage, high-frequency inverters, free-wheeling operation, welding equipment, and telecom power supplies. It combines highest recovery and voltage performance, ultra-fast, soft, and noise-free recovery. The insulated package has an insulation voltage of 2500 VRMS and a capacitance of less than 45 pF. It has low inductance and low capacitance, allowing for simplified layout.
