The LP3982 is a micropower, ultra low-dropout, low-noise CMOS linear regulator available in various voltage versions. It provides an output current of 300mA. The LP3982 is suitable for battery-powered applications due to its low shutdown current, low quiescent current, and low dropout voltage. It features stable operation with small ceramic capacitive loads, high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR), wide input voltage range, fast turn-on time, low output voltage noise, and over temperature/over current protection.
