AP5004 is a PWM controlled 2.5A step-down converter. It has an input voltage range of 10V to 32V and an adjustable output voltage range of 0.8V to 6V. It features PWM control with a duty ratio of 0% to 90%, a typical oscillation frequency of 300KHz, a short circuit protect frequency of 50KHz, a maximum standby current of 2uA, current limit and enable functions, thermal shutdown function, and a built-in internal N-channel MOS. The AP5004 provides low-ripple power, high efficiency, and excellent transient characteristics. It is suitable for high power system applications due to its high input voltage (32V), output current (2.5A), and small SOP-8L package size.
