About this manual

The S-808xxC series from Seiko Instruments provides ultra‑small package voltage detectors with a fixed detection voltage accuracy of ±2.0 %. Two output forms are offered – N‑channel open‑drain and CMOS (both active‑low) – and the devices consume as little as 0.8 µA to 1.3 µA depending on the detection voltage.

The detectors are intended for battery checkers, power‑failure monitoring, portable equipment power monitoring, and reset functions in micro‑computers. Various package options (SC‑82AB, SOT‑23‑5, SOT‑89‑3, SNT‑4A, TO‑92) are available to suit different form‑factor requirements.
