This document is the datasheet of the LL4148 and LL4448 two Schottky diodes produced by Vishay Semiconductors.
The LL4148 and LL4448 are silicon epitaxial planar diodes designed for extremely fast switching applications. They are lead‑free, RoHS compliant, and offered in MiniMELF (SOD80) glass cases weighing about 31 mg. Typical applications include high‑speed signal processing and pulse circuits.
The datasheet lists detailed electrical characteristics such as a 100 V repetitive peak reverse voltage, forward voltage up to 1 V at 50 mA, and a power dissipation of 500 mW. Mechanical data, packaging options (GS18 and GS08 reels), and environmental limits (storage –65 °C to +175 °C) are also provided, along with Vishay’s ozone‑depleting substances policy and legal disclaimer.
| Repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) | 100 V |
|---|---|
| Forward voltage (VF) max at IF=50 mA | 1000 mV |
| Reverse current (IR) at 20 V | 25 nA |
| Power dissipation (PV) | 500 mW |
| Maximum junction temperature (Tj) | 175 °C |
| Storage temperature range | -65 °C to +175 °C |
Both diodes have a repetitive peak reverse voltage rating of 100 V.
Yes, they are lead‑free components and comply with RoHS 2002/95/EC and WEEE 2002/96/EC.
