The TFDU6300 is a fast infrared transceiver module from Vishay Semiconductors that operates from 2.4V to 3.6V and supports IrDA speeds up to 4Mbit/s (FIR), HP-SIR, Sharp ASK and carrier based remote control modes up to 2MHz.
The TFDU6300 transceiver complies with the latest IrDA physical‑layer standard and provides FIR (4 Mbit/s), HP‑SIR, Sharp ASK and carrier‑based remote‑control modes. It integrates a photo PIN diode, an infrared emitter (IRED) and a low‑power control IC in a single surface‑mount package, requiring only a VCC bypass capacitor for a complete front‑end solution.
