About this manual

The MAX4781, MAX4782, and MAX4783 are CMOS analog multiplexers/switches that operate from a single supply of +1.6 V to +3.6 V. They feature low on‑resistance (0.7 Ω at +3 V), fast switching (11 ns turn‑on, 4 ns turn‑off) and low power consumption (<3 µW).

These devices are offered in 16‑pin thin QFN (3 mm × 3 mm) and 16‑pin TSSOP packages and are pin‑compatible with the industry‑standard 74HC4051/4052/4053 families. Typical applications include battery‑operated equipment, low‑voltage data‑acquisition systems, and audio signal routing.
