The MAX4751/MAX4752/MAX4753 are low on-resistance, low-voltage, quad, single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog switches that operate from a single +1.6V to +3.6V supply. These devices have fast switching speeds (tON = 30ns, tOFF = 25ns), handle Rail-to-Rail analog signals, and consume less than 1µW of quiescent power. The MAX4753 has break-before-make switching. When powered from a +3V supply, the MAX4751/MAX4752/MAX4753 feature low 0.9Ω (max) on-resistance (RON), with 0.12Ω (max) RON matching and 0.1Ω (max) RON flatness. The digital input is 1.8V CMOS compatible when using a single +3V supply. The MAX4751 has four normally open (NO) switches, the MAX4752 has four normally closed (NC) switches, and the MAX4753 has two NO and two NC switches. The MAX4751/MAX4752/MAX4753 are available in 3mm x 3mm, 16-pin QFN and 14-pin TSSOP packages.
The MAX4751, MAX4752, and MAX4753 are low‑voltage, single‑supply quad SPST analog switches that operate from +1.6 V to +3.6 V. They feature low on‑resistance (0.9 Ω max at +3 V), tight Ron matching (0.12 Ω max), and fast switching (30 ns turn‑on, 25 ns turn‑off). The devices support rail‑to‑rail analog signals and consume less than 1 pW of quiescent power.
These parts are offered in 14‑pin TSSOP and 16‑pin QFN packages. Electrical characteristics are provided for both single +3 V and single +1.8 V supplies, including leakage currents, off‑isolation, and charge injection. Typical applications include power routing, audio/video signal routing, low‑voltage data‑acquisition, and communications circuits.
