About this manual

The MAX410, MAX412, and MAX414 are single, dual, and quad operational amplifiers that combine ultra‑low voltage‑noise performance with low‑voltage operation. They are available in DIP, SO, and ultra‑small TDFN packages and are suited for applications such as low‑noise frequency synthesizers, infrared detectors, high‑quality audio amplifiers, and ultra‑low‑noise instrumentation.

Key features include a voltage‑noise density of 2.4 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz, a supply current of only 2.5 mA per amplifier, a 28 MHz unity‑gain bandwidth, and a 4.5 V/µs slew rate. The devices operate from ±2.4 V to ±5 V (or 4.8 V to 10 V single‑supply) and provide built‑in back‑to‑back input protection diodes for differential voltages up to ±0.1 V.
