About this manual

The ADuM6200/ADuM6201/ADuM6202 family provides dual‑channel digital isolation with an integrated isoPower DC‑DC converter that can supply a regulated 5 V or 3.3 V output at up to 400 mW. The devices use iCoupler transformer technology to achieve up to 5 kV (5000 Vrms) isolation and support data rates up to 25 Mbps.

Typical applications include RS‑232/RS‑422/RS‑485 transceivers, industrial field‑bus isolation, isolated sensor interfaces and PLCs. The parts meet UL 1577, CSA, IEC 60601‑1, IEC 60950‑1 and VDE certifications, and include safety features such as thermal shutdown at 150 °C.
