Microchip PIC12CE67X 8‑Pin 8‑Bit CMOS Microcontroller Datasheet

This document introduces the PIC12CE673 and PIC12CE674 high-performance RISC CPUs produced by Microchip Technology Inc. These two products have 35 single-word instructions and a single-cycle instruction execution time (400 ns). The operating speed is DC-10 MHz. Except for program branch instructions, which take two cycles, all other instructions are single cycle. In addition, these two products also have various special function hardware registers, interrupt capability, 8-level deep hardware stack, etc. The peripheral features include a four-channel 8-bit A/D converter, an 8-bit real-time clock/counter, pin change interrupts, EEPROM data memory with 1,000,000 erase/write cycle, etc.
