This document is the data sheet of ADT7410 temperature sensor from Analog Devices. It introduces the features and characteristics of the sensor, including accuracy, resolution, power consumption, operating temperature range, interface and so on.
The ADT7410 provides high‑performance temperature measurement in a compact 8‑lead SOIC package. It features a band‑gap reference, a 13‑bit (default) or 16‑bit ADC, programmable interrupts, and a low‑power shutdown mode.
Designed for medical equipment, environmental control, computer thermal monitoring, and industrial process control, the device operates from 2.7 V to 5.5 V and consumes as little as 700 pW in normal mode. Detailed specifications, pin descriptions, timing diagrams, and application notes are included.

The sensor provides ±0.5 °C accuracy from ‑40 °C to +105 °C when powered between 2.7 V and 3.6 V.
At 3.3 V supply the typical current is about 210 µA, with a peak of 250 µA while converting.
It is supplied in an 8‑lead narrow SOIC (R‑8) package that is RoHS‑compliant.
The AO and AJ pins allow selection of four possible I²C addresses.
