About this manual

The KPY series are silicon piezoresistive absolute pressure sensors with a monocrystalline silicon diaphragm for high load‑cycle stability. They feature low pressure and temperature hysteresis, fast response, high sensitivity and linearity, and include an integrated silicon temperature sensor. The sensors are supplied in a stainless‑steel package suitable for media‑compatible applications.

Technical data include pressure ranges from 0‑0.6 bar (KPY 52‑A) up to 0‑25 bar (KPY 56‑A), a 12 V supply voltage, bridge resistance of 4‑8 kΩ, and typical sensitivities between 0.88 mV/V and 11 mV/V. Operating temperature spans –40 °C to +125 °C, with detailed temperature coefficients for voltage and resistance provided in the electrical characteristics tables.
