The ADM1064 is a super sequencer with a voltage readback ADC for monitoring and sequencing up to 10 high-voltage power supplies.
The ADM1064 Super Sequencer provides a single‑chip solution for monitoring and sequencing up to ten power supplies. It features a 12‑bit ADC for voltage readback, ten programmable driver outputs (six with high‑voltage charge‑pump capability), and an SMBus interface for software control. The device includes configurable input attenuators, high‑impedance fault detectors, and a programmable sequencing engine that can implement up to 63 states.
Typical applications include central office systems, servers/routers, multivoltage line cards, DSP/FPGA supply sequencing, and in‑circuit testing of regulated supplies. The device is supplied in 40‑lead LFCSP and 48‑lead TQFP packages and includes a 256‑byte EEPROM for storing configuration data.

| Number of programmable driver outputs | 10 |
| Maximum output voltage (high‑voltage mode, PDO1‑PDO6) | 11 V to 14 V |
The VH pin can supervise voltages from 3.0 V up to 14.4 V.
The device provides ten programmable driver outputs (PDO1 to PDO10).
The integrated ADC has a 12‑bit resolution.
Typical supply current is about 6 mA under those conditions.
