About this manual

The OPA627 and OPA637 are precision FET operational amplifiers offering very low noise (4.5 nV/√Hz at 10 kHz) and fast settling times (550 ns for OPA627, 450 ns for OPA637). They operate from a wide supply range (±4.5 V to ±18 V) and are available in plastic DIP, SOIC and metal TO‑99 packages for industrial and military temperature ranges.

The datasheet provides detailed electrical specifications, absolute maximum ratings, typical performance curves, and application notes such as layout recommendations, offset‑voltage trimming, and overload protection. Package ordering information and tape‑and‑reel dimensions are also included.
