About this manual

The AD8565, AD8566, and AD8567 are rail‑to‑rail input and output operational amplifiers designed for LCD monitor and other high‑capacitance loads. The family includes a single‑amplifier (AD8565), a dual‑amplifier (AD8566), and a quad‑amplifier (AD8567) built on a high‑voltage CBCMOS process. They provide high slew rates, up to 35 mA continuous and 250 mA peak output current, and can drive large capacitive loads.

Typical applications include LCD grayscale reference buffers, V COM drivers, portable electronics, and communication equipment. The devices operate from a single 4.5 V to 16 V supply, maintain offset voltages below 10 mV, and are specified over –40 °C to +85 °C. Package options range from 5‑lead SC70 to 16‑lead LFCSP.
