About this manual

The ASF1400 mass flow meter uses Sensirion's CMOSens® sensor technology to provide highly accurate, fast, and temperature‑compensated bidirectional gas flow measurements over four orders of magnitude. The on‑chip sensor integrates amplification and A/D conversion, delivering low power consumption and excellent resolution.

The device offers both RS‑232 and SPI digital interfaces, a supply voltage of 7‑18 V DC, and can be configured via a set of serial commands. It is housed in a rugged PBT enclosure, tolerates up to 2 bar overpressure, and is available with optional higher‑pressure packages and custom electrical interfaces.
