SHT21 is the new generation of Sensiron humidity and temperature sensor, with very small packaging size, it can be used for reflow soldering. The sensor output is a calibrated and linear processed PWM signal.
The SHT21S is a digital humidity and temperature sensor in a 3 × 3 mm DFN package. It uses Sensirion's CMOSens® technology and offers high accuracy, low power consumption and long‑term stability. The sensor can be interfaced via I²C (SDA/SCL) or PWM (SDM) and is suitable for a wide range of industrial and consumer applications.
