Technical datasheet for the Sensirion SHT20 digital humidity and temperature sensor with I²C interface.
The SHT20 is a digital humidity and temperature sensor from Sensirion that offers a fully calibrated output via a standard I²C interface. It is packaged in a 3 × 3 mm DFN package suitable for reflow soldering and complies with RoHS and WEEE standards. The sensor integrates a CMOSens® chip, a capacitive humidity element, a band‑gap temperature element, an ADC, an OTP memory and a digital processing unit.
The document provides detailed electrical characteristics, pin definitions, recommended PCB layout, storage and handling guidelines, as well as the full command set for I²C communication. It also includes environmental stability test results, packaging information, and regulatory compliance notes for designers integrating the SHT20 into their products. This manual is written in Chinese.

All SHT20 sensors are set to the same I²C address as defined in the datasheet.
Send the soft‑reset command (0xFE) over I²C; the sensor reinitialises within 15 ms.
Store the sensor in its original sealed ESD bag at 10 °C – 50 °C and 20 % – 60 %RH (unsealed sensors at 20 % – 60 %RH).
A typical pull‑up resistor of 10 kΩ is recommended for SDA and SCL.
