The Sensirion SHT21 is a digital humidity and temperature sensor packaged in a 3 × 3 mm DFN package. It provides calibrated digital output via an I²C‑compatible interface (SDA and SCL pins) and includes on‑chip CMOSens@, humidity and temperature sensing elements, an ADC, OTP memory and a digital processing unit.
The manual covers specifications, electrical characteristics, pin definitions, packaging, handling, calibration procedures, and recommended PCB layout guidelines. It also includes command sets, timing diagrams, and safety notices for proper integration and service of the sensor. This manual is written in Chinese.
