These products feature a standard PLCC-2 package, high reliability, and a larger temperature range. They are ideal for instruments/switch/icon backlighting and can easily couple with light pipe/light guide for even larger area backlighting. The package is also designed to be compatible with both IR-solder reflow and through-the-wave soldering.
