The ADG5436 is a high voltage latch-up proof, dual SPDT switch. It is a monolithic CMOS device that contains two independently selectable single-pole/single-throw (SPDT) switches. This switch features low on resistance (<10 Ω), 8 kV HBM ESD rating, and is suitable for a variety of applications, including relay replacement, automatic test equipment, data acquisition, instrumentation, avionics, audio and video switching, and communication systems.
