The TCGI04VG2ZAA-G00 is a 640 × 480 dot amorphous‑silicon TFT transmissive color LCD with side‑edge CFL backlight, intended for audio control, office automation, industrial control and home appliances. The module includes optional inverter (CXA‑0308, TDK) and a glare‑treated polarizer.
