AE520-TA temperature transmitter is a miniature, high performance, high precision temperature instrument. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, easy to use and install. It converts the temperature parameters of the controlled object into electrical signals and transmits them to display, record and regulating instruments to control the system, detect, adjust and control. It can be directly installed in the terminal box of general industrial thermocouples and thermocouples, forming an integrated structure with the on-site sensing elements. This not only saves compensation wires and cables, but also reduces signal transmission distortion and interference, so as to obtain high-precision measurement results.
The AE520-TA is an ultra‑compact, high‑precision temperature transmitter that converts temperature signals into 4‑20 mA or 1‑5 VDC output for display, recording or control devices. It can be installed directly in standard industrial thermocouple or resistance temperature detector (RTD) junction boxes, reducing wiring and improving measurement accuracy.
The manual provides an overview of the device’s features, technical specifications, installation structure, wiring details, safety precautions, and a selection table for different variants (ordinary, intelligent, wireless). It also includes mechanical drawings and dimension data. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Supply voltage | 24 VDC ±10% |
|---|---|
| Output signal | 4‑20 mA (or 1‑5 VDC) |
| Measurement range | -100 °C to +350 °C |
| Display environment temperature | -40 °C to +85 °C |
| Ambient humidity | 5 % – 95 % (no condensation) |
| Vibration resistance | ≤10 g, f ≤55 Hz, amplitude ≤0.5 mm |
The transmitter outputs a standard 4‑20 mA current signal, and it can also output 1‑5 VDC.
It can measure temperatures from –100 °C up to +350 °C.
It requires a 24 VDC supply with a tolerance of ±10 %.
