The C8051F066 is a 25 MIPS, 32 kB Flash, 16-Bit ADC, 100-Pin Mixed-Signal MCU from Silicon Laboratories. The chip features two 16-bit ADCs with a resolution of ±0.75 LSB INL and no missing codes. ADCs can be programmed with a throughput of up to 1 Msps (each ADC). ADCs can be configured as two single-ended inputs or one differential ADC and can transfer data to XRAM via DMA or external memory interface. The C8051F066 also has three comparators that can be configured to generate interrupts or reset.
The C8051F066 is a 100‑pin mixed‑signal microcontroller featuring a high‑speed 8051 core capable of up to 25 MIPS, 32 kB Flash memory, and 4 352 bytes of data RAM. It includes two 16‑bit ADCs with up to 1 Msps throughput, three programmable comparators, and a range of digital peripherals such as UARTs, SPI, SMBus, and a 59‑pin I/O port.
The device operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and supports multiple clock sources, on‑chip JTAG debug, and IEEE‑1149.1 boundary‑scan. Detailed electrical specifications, package dimensions, and peripheral features are provided for designers.
