This document introduces the features of the ATtiny13 series of high-performance, low-power AVR® 8-bit microcontrollers, including advanced RISC architecture, non-volatile program and data storage, peripheral features, special microcontroller features, I/O and packaging, operating voltage, speed, etc.
The ATtiny13 is a low‑power 8‑bit AVR microcontroller featuring 1 KB of flash program memory, 64 B EEPROM, and 64 B SRAM. It includes a single 8‑bit timer/counter with two PWM channels, a 4‑channel 10‑bit ADC, watchdog timer, and various low‑power modes.
The device operates from 1.8 V to 5.5 V (ATtiny13V) or 2.7 V to 5.5 V (ATtiny13) and delivers up to 20 MIPS at 20 MHz. It is supplied in 8‑pin PDIP/SOIC and 20‑pad MLF packages, providing six programmable I/O lines.

The ATtiny13 operates from 2.7 V to 5.5 V, while the ATtiny13V variant works from 1.8 V to 5.5 V.
It provides 1 KB of in‑system programmable flash program memory.
The device supports Idle, Power‑down, and ADC Noise Reduction modes to reduce power consumption.
Six of the pins are programmable I/O lines.
