About this manual

The DG406 and DG407 are 16‑channel CMOS analog multiplexers with TTL/CMOS compatible digital decode, an ENABLE input and a wide voltage range. They replace the older DGS506A/DG507A parts and feature reduced ON resistance and faster switching.

The devices operate from –40 °C to 85 °C, draw less than 1.2 mW of power, and are available in PDIP and SOIC packages. Typical applications include battery‑operated systems, data acquisition, medical instrumentation and automatic test equipment.
