About this manual

The ISL28278 (dual‑channel) and ISL28478 (quad‑channel) are micropower precision op‑amps optimized for single‑supply operation down to 2.4 V. They feature rail‑to‑rail input and output, an Input Range Enhancement Circuit that maintains CMRR at the supply rails, and very low supply current while delivering excellent DC‑accuracy, noise performance, and output drive.

Typical applications include battery‑ or solar‑powered systems, handheld consumer products, medical devices, thermocouple amplifiers, photodiode pre‑amps, and pH‑probe amplifiers. Ordering information, pin‑out diagrams, absolute maximum ratings, and detailed electrical specifications are provided, along with package dimensions for the 16‑lead QSOP family.
