ISL54003, ISL54005, ISL54006 are integrated audio power amplifier systems from Intersil, which combine a mono BTL amplifier and stereo headphone amplifiers in a single device. The devices are designed to operate from a single +2.7V to +5V power supply and can drive 8Ω mono speaker and 16Ω or 32Ω headphone speakers.
