This datasheet provides detailed information on the Sipex SP6644/6645 high efficiency single/dual alkaline cell boost DC-DC regulator. This device features a 90mA output current, 1.3V input voltage, 2V to 5.5V output range, 0.88V guaranteed start-up voltage, 92% high efficiency, 1.6µA VBATT quiescent current, reverse battery protection, internal synchronous rectifier, 5nA VBATT logic controlled shutdown current, low battery detection active low output and flexibility to optimize inductor type with programmable peak current control.
