Sipex SP6134 Dual Supply Synchronous Buck Controller

The SP6134 is a dual input synchronous buck controller that achieves a step-down voltage from 3V to 15V. It features a small 10-pin MSOP package, output capability of 2A to 15A, highly integrated design with minimal components. The controller includes UVLO detection for both VCC and VIN, short circuit protection with auto-restart, on-board NFET drivers, programmable soft start, fast transient response, and high efficiency greater than 94% possible.
