This datasheet introduces the features and characteristics of LT1672/LT1673/LT1674 products. The product is a low power (IS ≤ 2µA), high precision (AV ≥ 5) op amp with reverse polarity input, rail to rail input and output, low input bias current, low input offset current, high open loop gain (AVOL) and other features. The product is suitable for various harsh environments.
The LT1672/LT1673/LT1674 family provides ultralow‑power, precision rail‑to‑rail input and output operational amplifiers. They feature low supply current (2 mA max per amplifier), low offset voltage (375 mV max), low input bias and offset currents (250 pA and 20 pA), and a gain‑bandwidth product of 12 kHz.
The devices are offered in several packages (8‑pin MSOP, PDIP and SO) and operate over a wide supply range (2.2 V to 36 V). They include reverse‑battery protection to –18 V and are suitable for battery‑ or solar‑powered systems, portable instrumentation, photodiode amplification, and high‑impedance circuits.
