LINEAR TECHNOLOGY LTC3426 Manual

The LTC3426 is a 1.2MHz step-up DC/DC converter in SOT-23 package. It features an internal 2A MOSFET switch, 1.2MHz switching frequency, integrated soft-start, and low 1.6V VIN operation. The converter can deliver 5V at 800mA from a 3.3V input or 3.3V at 800mA from a 2.5V input. It is suitable for applications with limited space and requires small, low profile external components. The LTC3426 can be used for white LED driver supply, local 3.3V or 5V supply, and battery backup.
