MAXIM MAX6678 handbook

MAX6678 is a dual-channel temperature monitor, dual PWM auto fan speed controller and five GPIO integrated device. It can monitor its own temperature and two external transistors connected in diode form. The device uses a 2-wire serial interface to provide digital temperature values. MAX6678 provides a programmable alarm output that can be used as an interrupt, throttling, or overheating shutdown signal.
