The SN54LVC574A and SN74LVC574A are 8-bit edge-triggered D-type flip-flops, operating in the 2.7V to 3.6V VCC voltage and 3.3V VCC voltage respectively. Their inputs can accept voltages up to 5.5V, operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C, -40°C to 125°C and -55°C to 125°C, maximum tpd is 7ns, typical VOLP (output ground bounce) is less than 0.8V, typical VOHV (output VOH undershoot) is greater than 2V. They support mixed-mode signal operation on all ports (5V input/output voltage with 3.3V VCC), Ioff supports partial power-down mode operation, latch-up performance exceeds 250 mA, ESD protection exceeds JEDEC 22 (2000V Human-Body Model (A114-A), 200V Machine Model (A115-A), 1000V Charged-Device Model (C101)).
